Wedding Package 2012
Allie Park offers the following seven hour wedding package.

2:00 PM Wedding  (Example):

11:00 AM Rehearsal, Setup, Photography (3 hours)
  2:00 PM Ceremony/Reception (3 hours)
                Music 2-5pm Only (park ordinance)
  
5-6:00 PM Clean and Park Closing (1 hour)

This package includes a walk-through for final arrangements and details between 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Wedding Package Fee: $1695.00. This fee includes up to 200 guests only. A $650.00 nonrefundable down payment to hold your date
and deducted from the package fee of $1695.00. The balance is due 60 days prior to the wedding. Rental fees are due at walk-through (2-4 weeks prior to wedding). A $350.00 refundable security deposit is due 60 days prior to wedding

Allie Park provides ceremony and reception areas, picnic tables, gazebo, restrooms, parking space, BBQ's, 2 garbage containers, 2 wagons to haul in items from the parking area. We provide a designated smoking area.

Rental Items: Arbors, chairs, tents, extra tables, heaters, and other onsite items that we stock must be rented from Allie Park.  

If you choose to have alcohol (Reception Toast), you must provide an alcohol liability permit at walk-through naming Allie Park LLC as an additional insured for one million dollars from your insurance company, plus $125.00 Park Alcohol Fee.

Alcohol is allowed in the reception area (toast only) and is not allowed prior to or after the official toast. Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area only.

These packages are available from March-October, Sunday-Friday (Saturdays are reserved for 7 hour wedding package). Optional times may be available for 1 & 2 hour packages.

One hour ceremony package includes up to 10 chairs, arbor, choice of gazebo or designated park area, parking and restrooms.

Two hour ceremony/cake reception includes up to 20 chairs, arbor, choice of gazebo or designated park area, parking and restrooms.

Allie Park provides chairs, arbor, ceremony and or reception area, restrooms, parking, setup and take down. You ae required to clean-up and leave the park in the condition with which you took responsibility for it.

Everything else is provided by you.

Both packages require a $200.00 nonrefundable down payment deducted from the total package price. Balance is due 30 days before the ceremony or at the time of booking if there is less than 30 days until the wedding.

Additional Time: $300 per hour and will be charged in increments of 15 minutes retroactively. Therefore, at 6:15pm, a charge of $75 will be assessed and deducted from the security deposit until all the guests have left the premises.

 You are responsible to make sure you and your guests arrive and depart at the designated times and allow for arrival and departure times.
